Hadith #49555
وَعَنْ حُذَيْفَةَ قَالَ: كَانَ النَّبِيُّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ إِذَا أَخَذَ مَضْجَعَهُ مِنَ اللَّيْلِ وَضَعَ يَدَهُ تَحْتَ خَدِّهِ ثُمَّ يَقُولُ: «اللَّهُمَّ بِاسْمِكَ أَمُوتُ وَأَحْيَا» . وَإِذَا اسْتَيْقَظَ قَالَ: «الْحَمْدُ الله الَّذِي أَحْيَانًا بَعْدَمَا مَا أماتنا وَإِلَيْهِ النشور» . رَوَاهُ البُخَارِيّ
وَمُسلم عَن الْبَراء
On the authority of Hudhayfah, he said: When the Prophet, may God bless him and grant him peace, went to bed at night, he would put his hand under his cheek and then say: “O God In your name I die and live. And when he wakes up, he says: “Praise be to God, who has brought us back to life after He has caused us to die, and to Him is the resurrection.” Narrated by Al-Bukhari and Muslim on the authority of Al-Baraa
