Hadith #49600
On the authority of Omar ibn al-Khattab and Abu Hurairah, they said: The Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, said: “There is no man who saw an afflicted person and said: Praise be to God who He cured me of what He afflicted you with, and He favored me over many of His creation, so that this affliction did not afflict him, no matter what it was.” He narrated it Al-Tirmidhi, and it was narrated by Ibn Majah on the authority of Ibn Omar. Al-Tirmidhi said: This is a strange hadith, and Amr bin Dinar, the narrator, is not strong.
