Hadith #49974
وَعَنْهُ قَالَ: نَهَى رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ عَنْ بَيْعِ الصُّبْرَةِ مِنَ التَّمْرِ لَا يُعْلَمُ مَكِيلَتُهَا بِالْكَيْلِ الْمُسَمَّى مِنَ التَّمْرِ. رَوَاهُ مُسلم
On his authority, he said: The Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, forbade the sale of a bunch of dates whose amount is not known for the specified measure of dates. Narrated by Muslim
