On the authority of Ibn Abbas, he said: The Prophet, may God bless him and grant him peace, used to pray and say: “My Lord, help me, and do not help me, and help me, and do not help me, and scheme for me, and do not Be patient with me, guide me, facilitate guidance for me, and grant me victory over those who transgress against me. My Lord, make me grateful to You, remembering You, and subservient to You. Obedient to You, hidden to You, and repentant to You. My Lord, accept my repentance, wash away my sins, answer my supplication, establish my proof, guide my tongue, and guide me. My heart and the softness of my breast.
