Hadith #49800
On the authority of Ibn Abbas, may God be pleased with them both, he said: The Messenger of God, may God’s prayers and peace be upon him, sent sixteen camels with a man and appointed him in charge of them. He said: O Messenger of God, what should I do with what was bestowed upon me? He said: “Slaughter her, then dye her shoes in her blood, then put her on her right side.” And neither you nor any of your companions shall eat of it.” Narrated by Muslim
