وَعَنْ عُثْمَانَ قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: «لَا يَنْكِحُ الْمُحْرِمُ وَلَا يُنكِحُ وَلَا يَخْطُبُ» . رَوَاهُ مُسلم
On the authority of Othman, he said: The Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, said: “A person in ihram may not marry, nor should he be married, nor should he be engaged.” Narrated by Muslim
