وَعَن عبدِ الرَّحمنِ بنِ يَعمُرَ الدَّيْلي قَالَ: سَمِعْتُ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يَقُولُ: «الْحَجُّ عَرَفَةُ مَنْ أَدْرَكَ عَرَفَةَ لَيْلَةَ جَمْعٍ قَبْلَ طُلُوعِ الْفَجْرِ فَقَدْ أَدْرَكَ الْحَجَّ أيَّامُ مِنىً ثلاثةَ أيَّامٍ فَمَنْ تَعَجَّلَ فِي يَوْمَيْنِ فَلَا إِثْمَ عَلَيْهِ وَمَنْ تَأَخَّرَ فَلَا إِثْمَ عَلَيْهِ» . رَوَاهُ التِّرْمِذِيُّ وَأَبُو دَاوُدَ وَالنَّسَائِيُّ وَابْنُ مَاجَهْ وَالدَّارِمِيُّ وَقَالَ التِّرْمِذِيُّ: هَذَا حَدِيثٌ حَسَنٌ صَحِيحٌ هَذَا الْبَابُ خَالٍ عَنِ الْفَصْلِ الثَّالِثِ
On the authority of Abd al-Rahman bin Ya`mar al-Dili, he said: I heard the Prophet, may God bless him and grant him peace, saying: “Hajj is Arafat for the one who reaches Arafat on the night of Friday prayer before sunrise. Fajr, the Hajj completed the days of Mina in three days, so whoever hurries on two days, there is no sin on him, and whoever delays, there is no sin. عَلَيْهِ» . It was narrated by Al-Tirmidhi, Abu Dawud, Al-Nasa’i, Ibn Majah, and Al-Darimi, and Al-Tirmidhi said: This is a hasan and authentic hadith. This chapter is devoid of anything Chapter Three
