وَعَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ شُعَيْبٍ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنْ جَدِّهِ: أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ: «أَيُّمَا رَجُلٍ عَاهَرَ بِحُرَّةٍ أَوْ أَمَةٍ فَالْوَلَد ولد زنى لَا يَرث وَلَا يُورث» . رَوَاهُ التِّرْمِذِيّ
On the authority of Amr bin Shuaib, on the authority of his father, on the authority of his grandfather: The Prophet, may God bless him and grant him peace, said: “Any man who commits adultery with a free woman or a female slave, the child is the child of adultery, not He inherits or does not inherit.” Narrated by Al-Tirmidhi
