Hadith #50226
It is narrated on the authority of Ibn Abbas, may God be pleased with them both, on the authority of the Prophet, may God’s prayers and peace be upon him, who said: “There is no will for an heir unless the heirs so desire.” This is the word for lamps. And in the narration of Al-Daraqutni: He said: “It is not permissible to make a will to an heir unless the heirs so wish.”
