Mishkat al-Masabih — Hadith #50225
Hadith #50225
On the authority of Abu Umamah, he said: I heard the Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, saying in his sermon in the year of the Farewell Hajj: “Indeed, God has given every person his right.” His right, so there is no bequest to an heir.” Narrated by Abu Dawud and Ibn Majah, and Al-Tirmidhi added: “The child is for the bed, and the stone is for the prostitute.” And their reckoning is with God.”

Abu Umama (RA)
