Hadith #50349
وَعَنْهَا: أَنْ بَرِيرَةَ عَتَقَتْ وَهِيَ عِنْدَ مُغِيثٍ فَخَيَّرَهَا رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ وَقَالَ لَهَا: «إِنْ قَرِبَكِ فَلَا خِيَارَ لَكِ» . رَوَاهُ أَبُو دَاوُدَ
وَهَذَا الْبَابُ خَالٍ عَنِ الْفَصْلِ الثَّالِثِ
On her authority: Barira was freed while she was with Mughith, so the Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, gave her a choice and said to her: “If he approaches you, you have no choice.” Narrated by Abu Dawood
