وَعَنْ عِكْرِمَةَ عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ: أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ نَهَى عَنْ طَعَامِ الْمُتَبَارِيَيْنِ أَنْ يُؤْكَلَ. رَوَاهُ أَبُو دَاوُدَ وَقَالَ مُحْيِي السُّنَّةِ: وَالصَّحِيحُ أَنَّهُ عَنْ عِكْرِمَةَ عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ مُرْسَلًا
On the authority of Ikrimah, on the authority of Ibn Abbas: The Prophet, may God’s prayers and peace be upon him, forbade the food of competing people from being eaten.
