Hadith #50433
وَعَنْ عَلِيٍّ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ:
" رُفِعَ الْقَلَمُ عَنْ ثَلَاثَةٍ: عَنِ النَّائِمِ حَتَّى يَسْتَيْقِظَ وَعَنِ الصَّبِيِّ حَتَّى يَبْلُغَ وَعَنِ الْمَعْتُوهِ حَتَّى يعقل ". رَوَاهُ التِّرْمِذِيّ وَأَبُو دَاوُد
وَرَوَاهُ الدَّارِمِيُّ عَنْ عَائِشَةَ وَابْنُ مَاجَهْ عَنْهُمَا
On the authority of Ali, may God be pleased with him, he said: The Messenger of God, may God’s prayers and peace be upon him, said: “The pen was lifted from three people: from the sleeper until he wakes up, and from the child.” until he reaches puberty, and for the imbecile until he becomes sensible.” It was narrated by Al-Tirmidhi and Abu Dawud, and it was narrated by Al-Darimi on the authority of Aisha and Ibn Majah About them
