وَعَنْ نَافِعٍ عَنْ مَوْلَاةٍ لِصَفِيَّةَ بِنْتِ أَبِي عُبَيْدٍ أَنَّهَا اخْتَلَعَتْ مِنْ زَوْجِهَا بِكُلِّ شَيْءٍ لَهَا فَلَمْ يُنْكِرْ ذَلِكَ عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ عمر. رَوَاهُ مَالك
On the authority of Nafi’, on the authority of a female servant of Safiyya bint Abi Ubaid, that she divorced herself from her husband with everything she owned, but Abdullah bin Abdullah did not deny that. Omar. Narrated by Malik
