Hadith #50496
وَعَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ قَالَ: سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يَقُولُ: «مَنْ ضَرَبَ غُلَامًا لَهُ حَدًّا لَمْ يَأْتِهِ أَوْ لَطَمَهُ فَإِن كَفَّارَته أَن يعتقهُ» . رَوَاهُ مُسلم
On the authority of Ibn Umar, he said: I heard the Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, saying: “Whoever strikes a boy of his own without coming to him or slapping him, his expiation is to He frees him.” Narrated by Muslim
