Mishkat al-Masabih — Hadith #52115

On the authority of Anas, that a Jewish boy was serving the Prophet, may God bless him and grant him peace, and he fell ill, so the Prophet, may God bless him and grant him peace, came to visit him and found his father. He was at his head, reading the Torah, and the Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, said to him: “O Jew, I adjure you by God. He who sent down the Torah to Moses, do you find in the Torah my description, my description, and my exit? . He said: No. The boy said: Yes, by God, O Messenger of God, we find for you in the Torah your description, your description, and your exit, and I bear witness that there is no god but God and that you Messenger of God. Then the Prophet said, “Pray.” May God bless him and grant him peace to his companions: “Put this man down by his head and be loyal to your brother.” Narrated by Al-Bayhaqi in “Evidence of Prophethood”
