Hadith #50538
وَعَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: «مَنْ أَعْتَقَ عَبْدًا وَلَهُ مَالٌ فَمَالُ الْعَبْدِ لَهُ إِلَّا أَنْ يَشْتَرِطَ السَّيِّدُ» . رَوَاهُ أَبُو دَاوُدَ وَابْنُ مَاجَهْ
On the authority of Ibn Omar, he said: The Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, said: “Whoever frees a slave and has money, the slave’s money is his, unless the master stipulates.” Narrated by Abu Dawud and Ibn Majah
