Hadith #50078
وَعَن عَمْرو بن عَوْف الْمُزَنِيِّ عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ: «الصُّلْحُ جَائِزٌ بَيْنَ الْمُسْلِمِينَ إِلَّا صُلْحًا حَرَّمَ حَلَالًا أَوْ أَحَلَّ حَرَامًا وَالْمُسْلِمُونَ عَلَى شُرُوطِهِمْ إِلَّا شَرْطًا حَرَّمَ حَلَالًا أَوْ أَحَلَّ حَرَامًا» . رَوَاهُ التِّرْمِذِيُّ وَابْنُ مَاجَهْ وَأَبُو دَاوُدَ وَانْتَهَتْ رِوَايَته عِنْد قَوْله «شروطهم»
On the authority of Amr bin Awf Al-Muzani, on the authority of the Prophet, may God bless him and grant him peace, he said: “Reconciliation is permissible between Muslims, except for a reconciliation that prohibits what is permissible or makes permissible what is forbidden.” Muslims adhere to their conditions, except for a condition that prohibits what is permissible or permits what is forbidden.” Narrated by Al-Tirmidhi, Ibn Majah, and Abu Dawud His narration ended when he said, “Their conditions.”
