Hadith #50539
وَعَن الْمَلِيحِ عَنْ أَبِيهِ: أَنَّ رَجُلًا أَعْتَقَ شِقْصًا مِنْ غُلَامٍ فَذَكَرَ ذَلِكَ لِلنَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فَقَالَ: «لَيْسَ لِلَّهِ شَرِيكٌ» فَأَجَازَ عتقه. رَوَاهُ أَبُو دَاوُد
On the authority of Al-Malih, on the authority of his father: A man freed a young boy, and he mentioned that to the Prophet, may God bless him and grant him peace, and he said: “God has no partner,” so he permitted it. Emancipate him. Narrated by Abu Dawood
