Hadith #50547
وَعَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ عُمَرَ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُمَا قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: «مَنِ اشْتَرَى عَبْدًا فَلَمْ يَشْتَرِطْ مَاله فَلَا شَيْء لَهُ» . رَوَاهُ الدَّارمِيّ
On the authority of Abdullah bin Omar, may God be pleased with them both, he said: The Messenger of God, may God’s prayers and peace be upon him, said: “Whoever buys a slave and does not stipulate his money will receive nothing.” “For him.” Narrated by Al-Darimi
