Hadith #50564
وَعَنْ أَبِي سَعِيدٍ الْخُدْرِيِّ قَالَ: كَانَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ إِذَا اجْتَهَدَ فِي الْيَمِينِ قَالَ: «لَا وَالَّذِي نفس أَبُو الْقَاسِم بِيَدِهِ» . رَوَاهُ أَبُو دَاوُد
On the authority of Abu Sa`id al-Khudri, he said: Whenever the Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, strove to take an oath, he would say: “No, by the One in whose hand is the soul of Abu al-Qasim.” Narrated by Abu Dawood
