Hadith #49982
عَنْ أُسَامَةُ بْنُ زَيْدٍ أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ: «الرِّبَا فِي النَّسِيئَةِ» . وَفِي رِوَايَةٍ قَالَ: «لَا رِبًا فِيمَا كَانَ يدا بيد»
On the authority of Usama bin Zayd that the Prophet, may God bless him and grant him peace, said: “Usury is in the debt.” And in a narration he said: “There is no usury as long as it is hand to hand.”
