وَعَن سعيد بن الْمسيب: أَنَّ أَخَوَيْنِ مِنَ الْأَنْصَارِ كَانَ بَيْنَهُمَا مِيرَاثٌ فَسَأَلَ أَحَدُهُمَا صَاحِبَهُ الْقِسْمَةَ فَقَالَ: إِنْ عُدْتَ تَسْأَلُنِي الْقِسْمَةَ فَكُلُّ مَالِي فِي رِتَاجِ الْكَعْبَةِ فَقَالَ لَهُ عُمَرُ: إِنَّ الْكَعْبَةَ غَنِيَّةٌ عَنْ مَالِكَ كَفِّرْ عَنْ يَمِينِكَ وَكَلِّمْ أَخَاكَ فَإِنِّي سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يَقُولُ: «لَا يَمِينَ عَلَيْكَ وَلَا نَذْرَ فِي مَعْصِيَةِ الرَّبِّ وَلَا فِي قَطِيعَةِ الرَّحِمِ وَلَا فِيمَا لَا يملك» . رَوَاهُ أَبُو دَاوُد
On the authority of Saeed bin Al-Musayyab: Two Ansar brothers had an inheritance, and one of them asked its owner about the division, and he said: If you come back and ask me about the division, then all I have nothing to do with the decoration of the Kaaba. Omar said to him: The Kaaba is insufficient for your money. Atone for your oath and speak to your brother, for I have heard The Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, says: “There is no oath or vow against you regarding disobedience to the Lord, nor severing ties of kinship, nor regarding what he does not possess.” Narrated by Abu Dawood
