Hadith #50587
On the authority of Abdullah bin Masoud, he said: The Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, said: “It is not permissible to shed the blood of a Muslim man who bears witness that there is no god but God and that I am the Messenger of God except in one of three cases: a life for a life, and a married man who commits adultery.” “The one who deviates from his religion and abandons the community.”
