Hadith #50623
وَعَنْهُ قَالَ: اقْتَتَلَتِ امْرَأَتَانِ مِنْ هُذَيْلٍ فَرَمَتْ إِحْدَاهُمَا الْأُخْرَى بِحَجَرٍ فَقَتَلَتْهَا وَمَا فِي بَطْنِهَا فَقَضَى رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ أَنَّ دِيَةَ جَنِينِهَا غُرَّةٌ: عَبْدٌ أَوْ وَلِيدَةٌ وَقَضَى بِدِيَةِ الْمَرْأَةِ عَلَى عَاقِلَتِهَا وورَّثَها ولدَها وَمن مَعَهم
On his authority, he said: Two women from Hudhayl fought, and one of them threw a stone at the other, killing her and what was in her stomach. The Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, decided. He, peace and blessings of God be upon him, said that the blood money for her fetus was a slave: male or female.
