وَعَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ قَالَ: جَاءَ رَجُلٌ فَقَالَ: يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ أَرَأَيْتَ إِنْ جَاءَ رَجُلٌ يُرِيدُ أَخْذَ مَالِي؟ قَالَ: «فَلَا تُعْطِهِ مَالَكَ» قَالَ: أَرَأَيْتَ إِنْ قَاتَلَنِي؟ قَالَ: «قَاتِلْهُ» قَالَ: أَرَأَيْتَ إِنْ قَتَلَنِي؟ قَالَ: «فَأَنْتَ شَهِيدٌ» . قَالَ: أَرَأَيْتَ إِنْ قَتَلْتُهُ؟ قَالَ: «هُوَ فِي النَّارِ» . رَوَاهُ مُسلم
On the authority of Abu Hurairah, he said: A man came and said: O Messenger of God, what do you think if a man comes and wants to take my money? He said: “Then do not give him your money.” He said: What do you think if he fights me? He said: “Kill him.” He said: What do you think if he kills me? He said: “You are a martyr.” He said: What do you think if I kill him? He said: “He is in Hell.” Narrated by Muslim
