وَعَنْ وَائِلِ بْنِ حُجْرٍ قَالَ: اسْتُكْرِهَتِ امْرَأَةٌ عَلَى عَهْدِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فَدَرَأَ عَنْهَا الْحَدَّ وَأَقَامَهُ عَلَى الَّذِي أَصَابَهَا وَلَمْ يُذْكَرْ أَنَّهُ جَعَلَ لَهَا مَهْرًا. رَوَاهُ التِّرْمِذِيّ
On the authority of Wael bin Hajar, he said: A woman was forced to do so during the time of the Prophet, may God bless him and grant him peace, so he averted the punishment from her and imposed it on the one who He married her off, but it was not mentioned that he had given her a dowry. Narrated by Al-Tirmidhi
