Hadith #50705
وَعَنْ جَابِرٍ: أَنَّ رَجُلًا زَنَى بِامْرَأَةٍ فَأَمَرَ بِهِ النَّبِيُّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فَجُلِدَ الْحَدَّ ثُمَّ أُخْبِرَ أَنَّهُ مُحْصَنٌ فَأَمَرَ بِهِ فرجم. رَوَاهُ أَبُو دَاوُد
On the authority of Jabir: A man committed adultery with a woman, so the Prophet, may God bless him and grant him peace, ordered him to be flogged. Then he was told that he was married, so he ordered him to be stoned. Narrated by Abu Dawood
