Hadith #50854
On the authority of Buraydah, he said: The Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, said: “The judges are three: one in Paradise and two in Hell. As for the one in Paradise, A man who knew the truth and judged according to it, and a man who knew the truth and was unfair in ruling, then he will be in Hell, and a man who judged for people out of ignorance, he will be in Hell. In Hell.” Narrated by Abu Dawud and Ibn Majah.
