Hadith #50887
وَعَن جابرِ بن عبدِ الله: أَنَّ رَجُلَيْنِ تَدَاعَيَا دَابَّةً فَأَقَامَ كُلُّ وَاحِدٍ مِنْهُمَا الْبَيِّنَةَ أَنَّهَا دَابَّتُهُ نَتَجَهَا فَقَضَى بِهَا رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ لِلَّذِي فِي يدِهِ. رَوَاهُ فِي «شرح السّنة»
On the authority of Jabir bin Abdullah: Two men fought an animal, and each one of them established proof that it was his animal, and he attacked it, and the Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, ruled for it. May God bless him and grant him peace for what is in his hand. Narrated in “Explanation of the Sunnah”
