Hadith #50900
وَعَنْ بَهْزِ بْنِ حَكِيمٍ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنْ جَدِّهِ أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ حَبَسَ رَجُلًا فِي تُهْمَةٍ. رَوَاهُ أَبُو دَاوُدَ وزادَ التِّرْمِذِيّ وَالنَّسَائِيّ: ثمَّ خَلّى عَنهُ
On the authority of Bahz ibn Hakim, on the authority of his father, on the authority of his grandfather, that the Prophet, may God bless him and grant him peace, imprisoned a man on an accusation. Narrated by Abu Dawud, and Al-Tirmidhi and Al-Nasa’i added: Then he abandoned it.
