عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ الزُّبَيْرِ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُمَا قَالَ: قَضَى رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ أَنَّ الْخَصْمَيْنِ يَقْعُدَانِ بَيْنَ يَدَيِ الْحَاكِمِ. رَوَاهُ أَحْمَدُ وَأَبُو دَاوُدَ
On the authority of Abdullah bin Al-Zubair, may God be pleased with them both, he said: The Messenger of God, may God’s prayers and peace be upon him, decided that the two opponents should sit in the hands of the ruler. Narrated by Ahmed and Abu Dawood
