وَعَن رَبَاح بن الرَّبيعِ قَالَ: كُنَّا مَعَ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فِي غزوةٍ فَرَأى الناسَ مجتمعينَ عَلَى شَيْءٍ فَبَعَثَ رَجُلًا فَقَالَ: «انْظُرُوا عَلَى من اجْتمع هَؤُلَاءِ؟» فَقَالَ: عَلَى امْرَأَةٍ قَتِيلٍ فَقَالَ: «مَا كَانَتْ هَذِهِ لِتُقَاتِلَ» وَعَلَى الْمُقَدِّمَةِ خَالِدُ بْنُ الْوَلِيدِ فَبَعَثَ رَجُلًا فَقَالَ:
" قُلْ لِخَالِدٍ: لَا تَقْتُلِ امْرَأَة وَلَا عسيفا ". رَوَاهُ أَبُو دَاوُد
On the authority of Rabah bin Al-Rabi’, he said: We were with the Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, on a campaign, and he saw the people gathered for something, so he sent a man and said: “Look at who has gathered.” “These?” He said: For a killed woman, and he said: “This woman was not meant to fight.” And in the forefront was Khalid ibn al-Walid, so he sent A man and said: “Say to Khalid: Do not kill a woman or a man.” Narrated by Abu Dawood
