Hadith #51137
وَعَن عمْرو بن عَبَسةَ قَالَ: صَلَّى بِنَا رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ إِلَى بَعِيرٍ مِنَ الْمَغْنَمِ فَلَمَّا سَلَّمَ أَخَذَ وَبَرَةً مِنْ جَنْبِ الْبَعِيرِ ثُمَّ قَالَ: «وَلَا يَحِلُّ لِي مِنْ غَنَائِمِكُمْ مِثْلُ هَذَا إِلَّا الْخُمُسُ وَالْخُمُسُ مَرْدُودٌ فِيكُمْ» . رَوَاهُ أَبُو دَاوُد
On the authority of Amr ibn Absa, he said: The Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, led us in prayer with a camel of spoils. When he delivered, he took a hair from the side of the camel and then He said: “None of your spoils like this is permissible for me except a fifth, and the fifth will be returned to you.” Narrated by Abu Dawood
