Hadith #51205
On the authority of Abu Wafd Al-Laythi, who said: The Prophet, may God bless him and grant him peace, came to Medina while they were cutting the humps of camels and cutting off the buttocks of sheep, and he said: “Whatever is cut from an animal while it is alive is dead and cannot be eaten.” Narrated by Al-Tirmidhi and Abu Dawood
