وَعَنْ جَابِرٌ عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ: «إِنَّ الْعُمْرَى مِيرَاثٌ لِأَهْلِهَا» . رَوَاهُ مُسلم
