Hadith #51303
وَعَنْ جَابِرٌ أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ: «مَنْ أَكَلَ ثُومًا أَوْ بَصَلًا فَلْيَعْتَزِلْنَا» أَوْ قَالَ: «فَلْيَعْتَزِلْ مَسْجِدَنَا أَوْ لِيَقْعُدْ فِي بَيْتِهِ» . وَإِنَّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ أُتِيَ بِقِدْرٍ فِيهِ خَضِرَاتٌ مِنْ بُقُولٍ فَوَجَدَ لَهَا رِيحًا فَقَالَ: «قَرِّبُوهَا» إِلَى بَعْضِ أَصْحَابِهِ وَقَالَ: «كُلْ فَإِنِّي أُنَاجِي مَنْ لَا تُناجي»
And on the authority of Jabir that the Prophet, may God bless him and grant him peace, said: “Whoever eats garlic or onions should isolate himself from us,” or he said: “Let him isolate himself from our mosque or sit In his house. And the Prophet, may God’s prayers and peace be upon him, was brought a pot containing vegetables of legumes, and he smelled an odor from them and said: “Bring it closer” to some of his companions, and he said: “Eat, for I will communicate with someone whom you do not communicate with.”
