وَعَن المِقدامِ بن معدي كرب عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ: «كيلوا طَعَامك يُبَارك لكم فِيهِ» . رَوَاهُ البُخَارِيّ
On the authority of Al-Miqdam bin Maadi Karb, on the authority of the Prophet, may God bless him and grant him peace, he said: “Eat your food and it will be blessed for you.” Narrated by Al-Bukhari
