Hadith #51315
On the authority of Ibn Abbas, on the authority of the Prophet, may God bless him and grant him peace: He was brought a bowl of porridge and said: “Eat from its sides and do not eat from its middle.” For the blessing descends in the midst of it.” It was narrated by Al-Tirmidhi, Ibn Majah, and Al-Darimi, and Al-Tirmidhi said: This is a good and authentic hadith.
