Hadith #51780
وَعَنْ عَلِيٍّ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: «إِذَا فَعَلَتْ أُمَّتِي خَمْسَ عَشْرَةَ خَصْلَةً حَلَّ بِهَا الْبَلَاءُ» وَعَدَّ هَذِهِ الْخِصَالَ وَلَمْ يَذْكُرْ «تُعُلِّمَ لِغَيْرِ الدِّينِ» قَالَ: «وَبَرَّ صَدِيقَهُ وَجَفَا أَبَاهُ» وَقَالَ: «وَشُرِبَ الْخَمْرُ وَلُبِسَ الْحَرِيرُ» . رَوَاهُ التِّرْمِذِيُّ
On the authority of Ali, may God be pleased with him, he said: The Messenger of God, may God’s prayers and peace be upon him, said: “If my nation does fifteen qualities, calamity will befall them.” He promised. These qualities, and he did not mention “he taught something other than the religion.” He said: “He was righteous to his friend and was unjust to his father,” and he said: “And he drank wine and wore Silk.
