وَعَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ -رَضِيَ اَللَّهُ عَنْهُمَا- قَالَ : { تَزَوَّجَ اَلنَّبِيُّ - صلى الله عليه وسلم -مَيْمُونَةَ وَهُوَ مُحْرِمٌ } مُتَّفَقٌ عَلَيْهِ 1 .1 - صحيح . رواه البخاري (1837) ، ومسلم (1410) . قلت: وهذا الحديث في كونه مع "الصحيحين" إلا أن الناس قد أكثروا فيه الكلام لمخالفة ابن عباس غيره ، فقال الحافظ في "الفتح" (965) : " قال الأثرم: قلت لأحمد: إن أبا ثور يقول : بأي شيء يدفع حديث ابن عباس - أي - : مع صحته - قال : فقال : الله المستعان . ابن المسيب يقول : وهم ابن عباس ، وميمونة تقول: تزوجني وهو حلال" . وقال ابن عبد الهادي في "التنقيح" (204) نقلا عن " الإرواء " (4/ 227 - 228 ). " وقد عد هذا - أي: حديث ابن عباس - من الغلطات التي وقعت في " الصحيح " وميمونة أخبرت أن هذا ما وقع ، والإنسان أعرف بحال نفسه ".
Ibn Abbas (may Allah be pleased with him) said: "The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) said: 1.1 agrees on - Sahih described by Al-Bukhari (1837) and Muslim (1410). I said: This hadith is consistent with two Sahih texts, but people have spoken extensively about it because Ibn Abbas disagrees with others. Al-Hafiz Al-Fat (965) says in the book: "Al-Athram said to him: I said to Ahmad: Abu Sa'r said: What can be refuting the hadith of Ibn Abbas with what is with what means - with the truth of it - he said: So he says: Allah is He who asks for help. Ibn Musayyab said: They are Ibn Abbas and Maymunah: Marry me when it is permissible. Abbas - one of the mistakes that have occurred in "Al-Sahih" and Maymuna said that this happened and a person knows his own condition.
