وَعَنْ جَابِرٍ قَالَ: جِيءَ بِسَارِقٍ إِلَى اَلنَّبِيِّ - صلى الله عليه وسلم -فَقَالَ: { "اُقْتُلُوهُ". فَقَالُوا يَا رَسُولَ اَللَّهِ! إِنَّمَا سَرَقَ. قَالَ: "اِقْطَعُوهُ" فَقَطَعَ, ثُمَّ جِيءَ بِهِ اَلثَّانِيَةِ, فَقَالَ "اُقْتُلُوهُ" فَذَكَرَ مِثْلَهُ, ثُمَّ جِيءَ بِهِ اَلرَّابِعَةِ كَذَلِكَ, ثُمَّ جِيءَ بِهِ اَلْخَامِسَةِ فَقَالَ: "اُقْتُلُوهُ" } أَخْرَجَهُ أَبُو دَاوُدَ, وَالنِّسَائِيُّ, وَاسْتَنْكَرَه ُ 1 .1 - ضعيف. رواه أبو داود (4410)، والنسائي (8/90 -91) من طريق مصعب بن ثابت، عن محمد بن المنكدر، عن جابر. به. قال النسائي: "هذا حديث منكر، ومصعب بن ثابت ليس بالقوي في الحديث".
On the authority of Jabir, he said: A thief was brought to the Prophet - may God bless him and grant him peace - and he said: {Kill him.’ So they said, O Messenger of God! He had only stolen. He said: “Cut him,” so he cut him, then he was brought the second time, and he said: “Kill him,” so he mentioned something similar, then he was brought the fourth time as well. Then he was brought the fifth time and he said: “Kill him.” Narrated by Abu Dawud and Al-Nasa’i, and denounced by 1.1 - Weak. Narrated by Abu Dawud (4410) and Al-Nasa’i (8/90-91) on the authority of Mus’ab bin Thabit, on the authority of Muhammad bin Al-Munkadir, on the authority of Jabir. Al-Nasa’i said: “This is an objectionable hadith, and Mus’ab bin Thabit is not strong in hadith.”
