Irrigate (your land) then block the water, until it flows back to the walls." So the Messenger of Allah [SAW] allowed Az-Zubair to take his rights in full, although before that he had suggested to Az-Zubair a middle way that benefited both him and the Ansari. It ‌was ‌narrated ‌from Nafi' bin 'Umar, that Ibn Abi Mulaikah said:"There were two female neighbors who used to do leatherwork (with an awl) in At-Ta'if. One of them came out with her hand bleeding and claimed that her companion had injured her, but the other one denied it. I wrote to Ibn 'Abbas concerning that. He wrote, (saying) that the Messenger of Allah [SAW] ruled that the person against whom the claim was made should swear an oath. For if people were to be given what they claimed was theirs, then people would make claims against the wealth and blood of others." So he called her and recited this Verse to her: "Verily, those who purchase a small gain at the cost of Allah's Covenant and their oaths, they shall have no portion in the Hereafter..." until the end of the Verse. He called her and recited that to her, and she confessed to that. News of that reached him and he was happy

The Ansari said, “Let him go.” The water passed, but he refused to do so, so they disputed with the Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, and the Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, said to Zubair, “Water, O Zubair, then send the water.” “To your neighbor.” Then the Ansari got angry and said, “O Messenger of God, if he was your cousin.” Then the face of the Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, changed color. God bless him and grant him peace. Then he said, “O Zubair, water, then withhold the water until it returns to the walls.” Then Zubair said, By God, I think this was revealed. The verse in that matter is: (But no, by your Lord, they will not believe until they make you judge in what is disputed between them.) Abu Issa said this is a good and authentic hadith. Shuaib bin Abi Hamza narrated on the authority of Al-Zuhri, on the authority of Urwa bin Al-Zubayr, on the authority of Al-Zubayr, but he did not mention it on the authority of Abdullah bin Al-Zubayr. Ali ‌bin Hajar told ‌us, Ismail bin Ulayya told us, on the authority of Sa`id, on the authority of Qatada, on the authority of Al-Hasan, on the authority of Samurah, the Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, said He said: “The neighbor of the house has more right to the house.” He said, and in the chapter on the authority of al-Sharid, Abu Rafi’ and Anas. Abu Issa said the hadith of Samurah is a hadith Hassan Sahih. Isa bin Yunus narrated on the authority of Sa`id bin Abi Arouba, on the authority of Qatada, on the authority of Anas, on the authority of the Prophet, may God bless him and grant him peace. A similar story was narrated on the authority of Saeed, on the authority of Qatada, on the authority of Al-Hasan, on the authority of Samurah, on the authority of the Prophet, may God’s prayers and peace be upon him. What is authentic according to the people of knowledge is the hadith of Al-Hasan on the authority of Samurah, not We know the hadith of Qatada on the authority of Anas except from the hadith of Isa bin Yunus, and the hadith of Abdullah bin Abdul Rahman Al-Taifi on the authority of Amr bin Al-Sharid On the authority of his father, on the authority of the Prophet, may God bless him and grant him peace, in this section it is a good hadith. And Ibrahim bin Maysarah narrated on the authority of Amr bin Al-Sharid, on the authority of Abu Rafi’ on the authority of the Prophet, may God’s prayers and peace be upon him. He said, “I heard Muhammad say, to me, both hadiths are authentic.”

He can be expected even if he is absent, if their path is the same.” Abu Issa said. This is a good and strange hadith, and we do not know of anyone who narrated this hadith except Abd al-Malik bin Abi Suleiman, on the authority of Ata’, on the authority of Jabir. Shu'bah spoke about Abd al-Malik ibn Abi Suleiman for the sake of this hadith, and Abd al-Malik is trustworthy and trustworthy according to the people of the hadith. We know No one spoke about it other than Shu`bah for the sake of this hadith. Waki` narrated this on the authority of Shu`bah, on the authority of Abd al-Malik ibn Abi Sulayman. The hadith: It was narrated on the authority of Ibn al-Mubarak, on the authority of Sufyan al-Thawri, who said: Abd al-Malik ibn Abi Suleiman is a balance, meaning in knowledge. And work Based on this hadith, according to the people of knowledge, the man is more entitled to his pre-emption, even if he is absent. If he is present, he has the right to pre-emption, even if that takes a long time.

A good and authentic hadith. Some of them narrated it on the authority of Abu Salamah, on the authority of the Prophet, may God bless him and grant him peace. This is acted upon according to some people of knowledge. Among the companions of the Prophet, may God bless him and grant him peace, were Omar ibn al-Khattab and Uthman ibn Affan, and some of the Tabi’een jurists say about him, such as Omar bin Abdul Aziz and others, and this is what the people of Medina say, including Yahya bin Saeed Al-Ansari and Rabia bin Abi Abdul Rahman And Malik ibn Anas also said that Al-Shafi’i, Ahmad, and Ishaq do not see pre-emption except for the mixed party, and they do not see the neighbor as having pre-emption if there is no Mixed. Some of the people of knowledge among the Companions of the Prophet, may God bless him and grant him peace, and others said that pre-emption is for the neighbor. They used as evidence the hadith narrated from the Prophet, may God bless him and grant him peace. He said, “The neighbor of the house has more right to the house.” And he said, “The neighbor has more right to his property.” This is the saying of Al-Thawri. Ibn Al-Mubarak and the people of Kufa.

He said, “Prepare another slaughter.” He said, “O Messenger of God, I have a she-camel of milk, and it is better than a meat sheep. Should I slaughter it?” He said, “Yes, and it is the best of your meat, and it is not sufficient.” A stump for someone after you.” He said, “And on the authority of Jabir, Jundub, Anas, Uwaimir bin Ashqar, Ibn Umar, and Abu Zaid Al-Ansari.” Abu Issa said: This is a hasan and authentic hadith. The action on this, according to most people of knowledge, is to not sacrifice a piece of meat until the imam has prayed. A group of scholars has given permission to the people of the villages to slaughter when dawn breaks, and this is the statement of Ibn al-Mubarak. Abu Issa said: The people of knowledge are unanimously agreed that the trunk of goats is not sufficient, and they said that the trunk of sheep is only acceptable.

Abu Musa told us, ‌Muhammad bin Al-Muthanna told us, Abd al-Samad bin Abdul-Warith told us, Shu’bah told us, Abu Bishr told us, he said I heard Abu Al-Mutawakkil, on the authority of Abu Sa’id, said that some of the Companions of the Prophet, may God bless him and grant him peace, passed by an Arab neighborhood and did not meet them or meet them. They would give them hospitality, but their master complained, so they came to us and said, “Do you have any medicine?” We said, “Yes, but you did not come to us and did not give us hospitality, so we will not do it until Make a burden for us. So they made a flock of sheep for that. He said, so a man from among us recited to him the opening of the book, and he was healed. When we came to the Prophet, may God bless him and grant him peace, we mentioned that to him. He said, “And do you not know that it is a ruqyah?” He did not mention any prohibition thereof, but he said, “Eat.” And strike for me with an arrow.” Abu Issa said: This is an authentic hadith, and this is more authentic than the hadith of Al-A’mash on the authority of Ja’far bin Iyas. And so on More than one person narrated this hadith on the authority of Abu Bishr, Ja`far bin Abi Wahshiyah, on the authority of Abu al-Mutawakkil, on the authority of Abu Sa`id. And Ja`far bin Iyas He is Jafar bin Abi Wahshiyah.
