حَدَّثَنَا عَلِيُّ بْنُ إِسْحَاقَ، أَنْبَأَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ يَعْنِي ابْنَ الْمُبَارَكِ، أَنْبَأَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ سُوقَةَ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ دِينَارٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ، أَنَّ عُمَرَ بْنَ الْخَطَّابِ، رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ خَطَبَ النَّاسَ بِالْجَابِيَةِ فَقَالَ قَامَ فِينَا رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ مِثْلَ مَقَامِي فِيكُمْ فَقَالَ اسْتَوْصُوا بِأَصْحَابِي خَيْرًا ثُمَّ الَّذِينَ يَلُونَهُمْ ثُمَّ الَّذِينَ يَلُونَهُمْ ثُمَّ يَفْشُو الْكَذِبُ حَتَّى إِنَّ الرَّجُلَ لَيَبْتَدِئُ بِالشَّهَادَةِ قَبْلَ أَنْ يُسْأَلَهَا فَمَنْ أَرَادَ مِنْكُمْ بَحْبَحَةَ الْجَنَّةِ فَلْيَلْزَمْ الْجَمَاعَةَ فَإِنَّ الشَّيْطَانَ مَعَ الْوَاحِدِ وَهُوَ مِنْ الِاثْنَيْنِ أَبْعَدُ لَا يَخْلُوَنَّ أَحَدُكُمْ بِامْرَأَةٍ فَإِنَّ الشَّيْطَانَ ثَالِثُهُمَا وَمَنْ سَرَّتْهُ حَسَنَتُهُ وَسَاءَتْهُ سَيِّئَتُهُ فَهُوَ مُؤْمِنٌ.
Ali bin Ishaq told us, Abdullah i.e. Ibn Al-Mubarak told us, Muhammad bin Suqa told us, on the authority of Abdullah bin Dinar, on the authority of Ibn Omar, that Omar bin Al-Khattab, may God be pleased with him, addressed the people with the tax collector, and said, “The Messenger of God, may God’s prayers and peace be upon him, rose among us.” And he gave a greeting similar to my position among you, and said, “Be kind to my companions, then those who follow them, then those who follow them, then the lie is spread so much that the man Let him begin with the testimony before he is asked about it. Whoever among you wants the reward of Paradise should adhere to the congregation, for Satan is with The one is further away from the two. Do not let any of you be alone with a woman, for Satan is the third of them, and whoever pleases him is good and bad. His bad deeds, he is a believer
