Hadith #44824
Sufyan told us, on the authority of Amr, on the authority of Al-Zuhri, on the authority of Malik ibn Aws, who said: Omar, may God be pleased with him, sent me a message and mentioned the hadith and said: The wealth of Banu al-Nadir was from what God had bestowed upon His Messenger, which the Muslims had not given on horses or riders, so it was spent on He gave his family a year’s worth of it, and whatever was left, he put into clothing and weapons as equipment for the sake of God Almighty.
