Musnad Ahmad — Hadith #44961

Abdullah bin Al-Walid told us, Sufyan told us, Salem Abu Al-Nadr told me, on the authority of Busr bin Saeed, on the authority of Uthman bin Affan, may God be pleased with him. On the authority of him, he called for water and performed ablution at the seats. He performed ablution three times, then said to the Companions of the Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace. Did you see the Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, doing this? They said, “Yes.” My father said, “This Al-Adni was in Mecca, a disciple of Ibn Uyaynah.” .
