Ishaq bin Yusuf narrated to us, Sufyan narrated to us, on the authority of Abu Sahl, meaning Uthman bin Hakim, Abd al-Rahman bin Abi Amra narrated to us, on the authority of Uthman. Ibn Affan, may God be pleased with him, said: The Messenger of God, may God’s prayers and peace be upon him, said: Whoever prays Isha’ in a group, it will be like standing for half the night. One night, and whoever prays the Isha’ and Fajr prayers in congregation, it will be as if he prayed all night.
