Hadith #45104
Yahya told us, on the authority of Mujalid, Amir told me, on the authority of Al-Harith, on the authority of Ali, may God be pleased with him, who said: The Messenger of God, may God’s prayers and peace be upon him, cursed Ten: the one who consumes usury, the one who pays usury, the one who writes it, the one who witnesses it, the one who grants usury, the one who makes it lawful, the one who prevents charity, the one who tattoos it, and the one who is tattooed.
