Hadith #45151
حَدَّثَنَا أَسْوَدُ، حَدَّثَنَا إِسْرَائِيلُ، عَنْ أَبِي إِسْحَاقَ، عَنِ الْحَارِثِ، عَنْ عَلِيٍّ، رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ قَالَ قَرَأَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ بَعْدَ مَا أَحْدَثَ قَبْلَ أَنْ يَمَسَّ مَاءً وَرُبَّمَا قَالَ إِسْرَائِيلُ عَنْ رَجُلٍ عَنْ عَلِيٍّ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ عَنْ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ.
Aswad told us, Israel told us, on the authority of Abu Ishaq, on the authority of Al-Harith, on the authority of Ali, may God be pleased with him. He said the Messenger of God, may God’s prayers and peace be upon him, read He greeted him after what he had done, before he touched water. Perhaps Israel said, on the authority of a man, on the authority of Ali, may God be pleased with him, on the authority of the Prophet, may God bless him and grant him peace. May God bless him and grant him peace
