Hadith #45278
حَدَّثَنَا عَفَّانُ، حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ، أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو إِسْحَاقَ، سَمِعْتُ هُبَيْرَةَ، قَالَ سَمِعْتُ عَلِيًّا، رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ يَقُولُ نَهَى رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ أَوْ نَهَانِي رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ عَنْ خَاتَمِ الذَّهَبِ وَالْقَسِّيِّ وَالْمِيثَرَةِ.
Affan told us, Shu`bah told us, Abu Ishaq told us, I heard Hubayra, he said, I heard Ali, may God be pleased with him, saying that the Messenger of God forbade May God’s prayers and peace be upon him, or the Messenger of God, may God’s prayers and peace be upon him, forbade me from wearing a gold ring, a bow, and a mithra.
